Immediate Hire: Logistics / SCM Analyst (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Logistics / SCM Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient movement of materials within the iron and steel industry. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of logistics principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and transportation logistics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies for raw material procurement and finished goods distribution.

Track and report on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, costs, and quality.

Collaborate with internal departments (production, sales, procurement) and external vendors/carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics-related documentation.

Assist in forecasting demand and planning logistics resources accordingly.

Identify and resolve logistical issues and disruptions in a timely manner.
