Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager Information Security with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security measures to protect our company's computer systems and networks. This role is crucial for safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring the integrity of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with IT and business units to identify and mitigate security risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond promptly to security breaches.
- Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and antivirus software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls in new systems and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations and incident reports.
- Assist in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
