Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager Information Security to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust information security strategies and controls to protect sensitive client and company data. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of security technologies and solutions (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP).
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and legal industry standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to employees.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of business operations.
