Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager - R & D to join our team in Vadodara. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to kickstart their career in product development and research within the retail sector. You will support the R&D team in developing and improving private label products, ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the formulation and development of new private label products, focusing on product innovation and market trends.
* Conduct research and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and efficacy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.
* Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and test results.
* Stay updated with industry regulations, scientific advancements, and competitor activities.
* Support in the troubleshooting of production issues related to product formulation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing product lines.
* Prepare reports and presentations on R&D activities and findings.
