Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with a BBA/BBM degree to join our Quality Assurance team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in testing and quality control within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for executing test cases and identifying defects to ensure the quality of our products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for software applications and systems related to industrial equipment.
- Document test results clearly and concisely.
- Identify, isolate, and report defects to the development team.
- Participate in test plan reviews and contribute to test case design.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure its accuracy.
- Assist in the development of test strategies and procedures.
- Learn and apply testing methodologies effectively.
