We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our operations team in Nasik. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes within the BPO/Call Centre environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be instrumental in analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and managing resources to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.

Develop and implement new engineering strategies and process improvements aligned with business objectives.

Monitor production metrics and KPIs, generating reports for management review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and IT, to ensure smooth process integration.

Manage resources, including equipment and personnel, to optimize production output.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
