Key Responsibilities:

- Transcribe dictated medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, and operative reports, with high accuracy.

- Review and edit transcribed documents for grammatical errors, clarity, and completeness.

- Ensure all transcriptions meet established company and industry standards for quality and confidentiality.

- Familiarize yourself with medical terminology, abbreviations, and drug names relevant to occupational health.

- Maintain a consistent workflow to meet turnaround time requirements.

- Assist in organizing and managing transcribed medical records.
