We are seeking a motivated MEP Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our extensive campus facilities, supporting our mission to revolutionize education through technology. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across campus facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, repair, and upkeep of MEP equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in managing the budget for MEP operations and procurement of materials.
- Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and operational costs.
- Support facility management in day-to-day operational needs and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services with other facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
