Immediate Hire: MEP Supervisor (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction and maintenance projects within our oil and gas operations. This role requires a strong understanding of project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, leveraging financial acumen gained from a B.Com background to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily MEP site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
- Monitor and control project costs, track expenses, and prepare financial reports related to MEP activities, utilizing B.Com knowledge.
- Review and approve material requisitions, work orders, and invoices for MEP supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in MEP installations.
- Maintain accurate records of all MEP activities, including progress reports, material consumption, and labor deployment.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP maintenance and repair activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient project management strategies.
