Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising & Planning Assistant to join our dynamic team in Noida. You will support the merchandising and planning teams in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth flow of products and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating stock transfers between locations.
- Support the planning team in gathering data for sales forecasts and demand planning.
- Help in preparing reports on product performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the execution of in-store merchandising strategies and visual displays.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of products and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate product information and pricing in the system.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving merchandising and planning processes.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
