Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced MIS Executive with a BCA degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information System, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various departments with timely and relevant reports. This role requires a strong understanding of database management, reporting tools, and data analysis, with a focus on the public administration sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain MIS databases and systems.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and departmental heads, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support the implementation and upgrade of MIS software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot MIS-related issues and provide technical support to users.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
