Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and legally-minded individual to join our team as a Mountaineering Instructor. This role is designed for an entry-level professional with a background in law, to lead and guide our employees through various mountaineering and outdoor adventure programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and a passion for adventure, leveraging their legal acumen to ensure all activities adhere to company policies and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct safe and engaging mountaineering expeditions and training sessions for corporate employees.

Develop and implement risk assessment procedures and emergency action plans, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Educate participants on proper climbing techniques, equipment usage, and wilderness survival skills.

Provide guidance and mentorship to participants, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organize logistics for expeditions.

Maintain and manage mountaineering equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Apply legal knowledge to understand and communicate liability issues and safety standards effectively.

Assist in reviewing and drafting participant waivers and consent forms, ensuring legal compliance.
