Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager / Administrator with 0-1 years of experience to join our IT team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate to gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our networks, supporting users, and implementing network security measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in network upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Manage user accounts and access controls within the network environment.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
