Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Neuro Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex neurological concepts and user-centric design solutions within our professional services environment. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing user experiences that are both scientifically grounded and aesthetically compelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate intricate neurological data and research findings into intuitive user interfaces and design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to develop innovative solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating neurological principles to understand user behavior and cognitive processes.
Develop design strategies and frameworks that align with both user needs and business objectives.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in neuroscience, design thinking, and user experience methodologies.
