We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Teacher with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our educational initiative supporting the children of our legal professionals in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will foster a stimulating and safe learning environment, promoting early childhood development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities. This role requires a unique blend of pedagogical understanding and a foundational grasp of legal concepts, enabling effective communication with parents and understanding of the corporate legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for nursery-aged children, focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Plan and conduct a variety of activities, including storytelling, music, art, and outdoor play.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
• Utilize an LLM background to understand and potentially explain concepts related to the parents' legal profession in an age-appropriate manner for discussions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to school policies and health regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive educational community.
