Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent individual to join our team as an Occupational Health & Safety Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a 12th Pass qualification looking to gain experience in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. You will work under the guidance of senior safety officers to implement and monitor health and safety protocols across our Chandigarh operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace.
- Help maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support the implementation of safety training programs for employees.
- Monitor the proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Respond to and report safety concerns or minor incidents as directed.
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and activities.
- Keep updated on basic occupational health and safety regulations relevant to the workplace.
- Ensure tidiness and orderliness in safety-related storage areas.
