We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Occupational Health & Safety professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a B.Pharma graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to a safe and healthy work environment within the agrochemical industry. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining safety protocols to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
• Support the delivery of health and safety training programs to employees.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies as required.
• Stay updated on relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
