Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of specific projects related to chemical process improvement and optimization.
- Conduct routine analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using standard laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data, observations, and results.
- Support the R&D team in developing and scaling up new chemical formulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and project progress.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards in the laboratory and plant operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in process monitoring and data collection for efficiency analysis.
