Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pastry Chef with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our corporate cafeteria and employee events. While the primary role is culinary, a background in BCA is beneficial for understanding operational efficiency and data management within a corporate setting, particularly in inventory and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a range of high-quality pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Develop new dessert recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute menus for corporate events and daily cafeteria service.
- Assist in cost control measures, tracking ingredient usage and production costs.
- Utilize basic computer skills, potentially including spreadsheets (familiarity from BCA), for inventory tracking and reporting.
