Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This unique role will involve applying design thinking and ergonomic principles to enhance employee well-being, productivity, and workplace safety within our advertising and marketing environment. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions to address physical health challenges and promote a healthier work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal issues and ergonomic risks among employees within the advertising and marketing sector.

Design and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans, incorporating principles of biomechanics and user-centered design.

Develop and deliver ergonomic assessments and workstation evaluations, providing recommendations for improved posture, comfort, and efficiency.

Utilize design thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions for workplace health promotion, stress reduction, and injury prevention.

Create educational materials, workshops, and presentations on health, wellness, and injury prevention tailored to the demands of the advertising and marketing industry.

Collaborate with HR and management to integrate health and wellness programs into the company culture.

Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy, ergonomics, and occupational health.
