Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Plant / Factory Head with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to oversee and optimize operations within our Pune facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and the seamless integration of technological solutions within our advertising production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational workflows and a knack for implementing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the production facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Implement and manage technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and output.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for production materials.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to production equipment and software.
