Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Head with 2-3 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, to oversee operations at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of our legal documentation and processing plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the legal documentation and processing plant, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Manage and coordinate the workflow of the plant staff, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of all legal documents processed.

Monitor plant performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the facility.

Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
