Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Plant Performance Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our operations team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for optimizing the efficiency and productivity of our production facilities within the Animation & VFX sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, implement strategic solutions, and contribute to overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to plant operations, resource utilization, and output quality.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, IT, and management, to achieve performance targets.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Support in the management of operational budgets and resource allocation.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to plant performance.
