Immediate Hire: PMO Executive (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Executive with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The PMO Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office by ensuring efficient project execution, documentation, and reporting within the Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, an understanding of project lifecycles, and a creative approach to problem-solving, leveraging your design background to enhance project communication and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the project manager.

Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.

Maintain project repositories and ensure all project-related documents are organized and accessible.

Support the project manager in coordinating project activities and stakeholder communication.

Utilize design thinking principles to improve project workflows and communication materials.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices.
