We are seeking a motivated Post Silicon Test Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. You will be instrumental in validating and testing cutting-edge semiconductor designs, ensuring their performance and reliability for applications within the metals and mining sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute post-silicon validation test plans for complex SoCs and IPs.
Bring-up and debug silicon prototypes, identifying and resolving hardware and firmware issues.
Utilize JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other lab equipment for debug.
Collaborate with design, verification, and firmware teams to achieve timely silicon validation.
Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback for design improvements.
Develop test sequences and automation scripts in Python or Perl.
Contribute to the improvement of post-silicon validation methodologies and tools.
