Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with an M.Tech degree to contribute to our Preschool & Primary Education initiatives within the corporate framework of a leading automobile company. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience looking to apply their technical acumen to educational program development and implementation, potentially focusing on STEM integration or corporate social responsibility in education. The position is based in Mangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for preschool and primary school levels, with a potential focus on integrating technical concepts.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and educators to ensure alignment with educational standards and corporate objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging educational technologies and methodologies relevant to early childhood learning.
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of educational program effectiveness.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of CSR activities related to education.
- Leverage M.Tech background to analyze data, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions for educational challenges.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for assigned educational projects.
