Immediate Hire: Private Equity Analyst (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Private Equity Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Surat. This role will support the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the metals and mining sector in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of financial markets, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor existing portfolio companies, track financial performance, and identify value creation opportunities.
- Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the metals and mining sector.
- Support deal execution, including transaction structuring, legal documentation review, and closing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, investment banks, and other stakeholders.
