Immediate Hire: Process / Operational Excellence (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process / Operational Excellence professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall quality of our building material processes. Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze existing business processes across various departments (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, sales) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
* Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to develop and implement solutions that optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of best practices and new operational procedures.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify further optimization opportunities.
* Prepare reports and presentations for management, clearly articulating findings, recommendations, and the impact of operational improvements.
* Support project management activities for operational excellence initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and fostering innovation.
