We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and a keen eye for design aesthetics, coupled with a solid grasp of business principles derived from their B.Com education. This role involves translating business needs and user insights into intuitive and visually appealing product designs within the agricultural technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories, leveraging your B.Com understanding of market needs.

Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.

Translate complex agricultural concepts into user-friendly interfaces.

Present design solutions to cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale effectively.
