Immediate Hire: Product Manager - Loans (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience, ideally with an M.Des background, to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for our loan offerings, catering to a diverse customer base. This role requires a blend of user empathy, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities in the loan product space.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan products, aligning with business goals.

Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
