Role Summary:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to process improvements within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules to meet targets.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and operations, to resolve production-related issues.
- Participate in the setup and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
