Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Head - Manufacturing. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the agrochemical manufacturing sector. You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and report to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
- Support the documentation of project activities, including reports and records.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Learn and apply principles of chemical engineering and manufacturing operations within the fertilizer/pesticide industry.
- Conduct basic data analysis related to production output and quality metrics.
