Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Utilize and interpret data from medical devices and diagnostic tools to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to patients and their families.
