We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing professional to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our petrochemical and plastic products throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scientific principles and a keen eye for detail, with 3-5 years of experience in quality control and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and test protocols for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses using standard and advanced testing equipment to assess product conformity to specifications.

Analyze test results, identify deviations, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, results, and quality control data.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.

Participate in internal and external audits related to quality management systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in quality assurance techniques and technologies relevant to the petrochemical and plastics industry.
