Role Summary: FabModula is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our interior design and modular furniture projects. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving continuous improvement in our processes. You will work closely with design, production, and site teams to uphold quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for interior design and modular furniture manufacturing.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and finished products at various stages of production and installation.
- Identify and report quality defects, non-conformities, and deviations from design specifications.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Work with the production team to address manufacturing quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the quality of work at client sites, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product and service quality.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging quality management techniques.
