We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Consultant / Agent to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our real estate portfolio within the region, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory aspects, and supporting strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and understanding of property law to provide expert advice and execute transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on property acquisition, leasing, and disposal strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct due diligence on potential properties, including legal, financial, and regulatory assessments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian real estate laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel, real estate brokers, and government authorities.
- Provide legal interpretations and guidance on property-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in property valuations and market analysis to support decision-making.
- Resolve any legal disputes or issues related to company properties.
