Role Summary:

Momo by enhancing our employer brand and implementing effective marketing strategies for recruitment. You will work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that showcase Wow! Momo as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract candidates for various roles.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, career page copy) that highlights our company culture and employee value proposition.
- Support the management of our employer branding channels, including LinkedIn, company careers page, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all recruitment materials.
- Research industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Assist in organizing and promoting recruitment events and career fairs.
- Manage and update job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and informative.
- Support the HR team with candidate sourcing and engagement activities.
