Immediate Hire: Refinery Operator (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Refinery Operator to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refinery operations and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role is crucial for the day-to-day functioning and optimization of our refining processes. You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining various units within the refinery to ensure smooth and safe production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor process equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and reactors using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other control interfaces.
- Perform routine checks and inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to meet production targets and quality specifications.
- Respond to alarms and deviations from normal operating conditions, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Collect process samples and perform basic laboratory tests to monitor product quality.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operational activities, equipment performance, and any incidents.
- Participate in pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR) and assist in troubleshooting operational problems.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
