Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the release process for software applications and system updates related to supply chain logistics.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define release schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of software releases, including deployment to production environments.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and post-release reports.
• Communicate release status and potential issues to stakeholders across different departments.
• Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to improve release efficiency.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and post-release analysis.
