Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Repair and Maintenance Technician. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and repair of IT equipment and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations at our Ludhiana facility. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to kickstart a career in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on IT equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, servers, and networking devices.
- Respond to service requests and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Document repair and maintenance activities accurately.
- Support in the installation and setup of new IT equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
