Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Repair and Maintenance Engineer with 1-2 years of experience, holding a M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning and longevity of our critical engineering infrastructure and equipment through proactive maintenance and efficient repair strategies. You will work on a variety of complex systems, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and safety of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and civil systems to identify potential issues.
Perform timely and effective repairs on malfunctioning equipment and infrastructure, adhering to safety protocols.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for various plant machinery and facilities.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and project management, to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and efficiency.
