Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting / Corresponding specialist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Noida. This role will be crucial in managing and disseminating critical business information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities, and facilitating effective communication across various departments and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, and analyze comprehensive reports on production, sales, market trends, and operational efficiency for senior management.
- Design and implement standardized reporting templates and dashboards to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to identify key insights, risks, and opportunities within the pulp and paper industry.
- Prepare and draft official correspondence, memos, and presentations for internal and external communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance) to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Monitor industry regulations and competitor activities, and report significant findings.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry standards in reporting and communication.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex data and findings to diverse audiences.
