Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic courier and logistics industry. The Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing booking systems, coordinating with clients, and ensuring efficient operational flow for reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and service schedules.
- Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Assist in generating reports on reservation volumes, trends, and performance.
- Liaise with drivers and dispatchers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues related to reservations.
- Support the sales team with information on availability and service offerings.
