We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations within our flagship store in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving profitability. This role requires a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or retail food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote special offers and events.
