Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated RF Engineering professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our radio frequency infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RF principles and a business-oriented approach to problem-solving, leveraging their BBA/BBM education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot RF network performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with IT and biomedical engineering teams to implement and maintain RF systems for medical equipment and communication.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments for new RF installations and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of RF equipment and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for RF infrastructure, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
- Assist in budget planning and cost management for RF-related projects and maintenance.
