Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Teacher to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role involves designing and delivering engaging robotics education programs for our workforce, focusing on practical application within the manufacturing and production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and 2-4 years of relevant teaching or industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive robotics curriculum, including theoretical concepts and hands-on lab sessions, tailored for adult learners in a corporate manufacturing setting.
- Instruct students on robot programming, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting using various platforms and languages (e.g., PLC, ROS, Python).
- Design and oversee practical projects that simulate real-world industrial automation challenges.
- Assess student learning through practical evaluations, assignments, and knowledge tests.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies to continuously improve course content.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees engaging with robotic systems on the production floor.
- Foster a safe and conducive learning environment in the lab and classroom.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align training with current and future operational needs.
