We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RTG Crane Operator to join our team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of operational safety and a recent LLB degree, looking to apply their analytical skills in a practical industrial setting. The role involves operating Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes for efficient movement and stacking of materials within our port or storage facilities, ensuring smooth logistics operations for our agricultural produce.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate RTG cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and stack containers or other heavy loads.
Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with ground staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including load details, movements, and any incidents.
Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot minor operational issues and report significant problems.
Assist in the training of new operators, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Understand and interpret operational instructions and safety manuals.
