Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical SCM & Logistics professional with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and streamlining logistics processes within the pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, sales) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to supply chain and logistics in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
