Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to event permits, contracts, and vendor agreements.
* Conduct legal research and provide guidance on compliance with local, state, and national regulations for live events and entertainment.
* Support the legal team in dispute resolution, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
* Ensure all event-related activities adhere to company policies and relevant legal statutes.
* Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
* Maintain organized records of all legal and compliance-related activities.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of legal and operational best practices within the events division.
