Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and presentable Security Marshal (Bouncer) to ensure a safe and orderly environment for our Chennai office. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a background in design (B.Des) who can contribute to a positive and secure atmosphere. You will be responsible for maintaining access control, responding to incidents, and upholding company security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of the law.

Control access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.

Identify and report any suspicious individuals or activities to management.

Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, such as medical incidents or security breaches.

Assist visitors and employees, providing directions and information as needed.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

Utilize observational skills and spatial awareness, honed through design thinking, to proactively identify potential security risks.
